 Wig & Color Consultations Policy

All wigs must have an in person or phone consultation, and measurements taken, before construction begins.  

All extensive color services require consultations before appointment.

Cancellation Policy.

Jan is very understanding with emergency  cancellations, reschedules, lateness and will do the best to service your needs.

If  you are unable to keep your appointment, reschedule. Appointments should be canceled 48 hours prior. This allows other clients to book that time slot.  Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior will forfeit deposit / incur cancellation fee for 40$ or more . No Call- No Show-  will result in no future appointments scheduled.
